A lawyer believes the teens went to a Western Michigan frat party where alcohol may have been involved, according to a report. The crash that killed two high school students, 15-year-olds and 16-year olds, was reported to have been caused by underage drinking in Texas Township, Michigan, on Oct. 18. Five teens were inside a car that was moving west on West R Avenue near South 2nd Street when it left the south side of the road and crashed into a tree. The victims' family is represented by attorneys Chris Yates and Ven Johnson, who believe teens may have attended a frat party where alcohol may have been involved.
