The Red Wings visit the Hurricanes tonight. Coverage will begin at 7:15 on 99.3 The Lift.

The Pistons dropped their eighth straight game last night, 108-91 to the Timberwolves. Cade Cunningham returned to the lineup, and scored 32. Jalen Duren, also returned. He scored 11, and grabbed 11 rebounds. Jaden Ivey missed the game because of illness.

The Pistons visit the Wizards tomorrow, with coverage at 6:35 on 99.3 The Lift.

The Tigers will open the season against the White Sox in Chicago this afternoon. Tarik Skubal will face Garrett Crochet, who will make his first major league start. Coverage will begin at 3:45 on 99.3 The Lift.

The Brewers’ opening-day game against the Mets has been postponed because of threatening weather in New York City. It will be made up tomorrow. Freddy Peralta will start against José Quintana.

The Lions are bringing back quarterback Nate Sudfeld. Sudfeld was expected to back up starter Jared Goff last year, but struggled in training camp, and then went down for the season with a knee injury. This time around, he’s projected as the third-string option, behind Goff and Hendon Hooker, who also missed last season while recovering from a knee injury he suffered in college.
