At the Wayne State Fieldhouse, Detroit, Michigan, Thursday over DAZN promoter Dmitriy Salita (Salita Promotions) presented in the Main Event WBO At the Wayne State Fieldhouse in Detroit, Michigan, the Main Event WBO Inter-Continental Light Heavyweight champion Juan Carrillo stopped Quinton Rankin in three rounds. In the co-Main Event Super Lightweight, Shohjahon “Descendant of Tamerlane” Ergashev knocked out former WBO Latino champion Juan “El Olimpico” Huertas in the first round. The Super Middle IBF No. 2, Vladimir Shishkin, stopped Mike “The Menance” Guy, 12-8-1 (5), #169.8, of Sacramento, CA, and Daulis Prescott, 34-21 (26), #154, of Barranquilla, COL, were stopped in the ninth round of a scheduled 10 rounds. This marks the tenth time Prescott has been stopped in his last twelve fights.

In the co-Main Event Super Lightweight Shohjahon “Descendant of Tamerlane” Ergashev knocked out former WBO Latino champion Juan “El Olimpico” Huertas in the first round.

In the Main Event WBO Inter-Continental Light Heavy champ and 2016 Olympian southpaw Juan Carrillo, 12-0 (9), #175.4, of Barranquilla, COL, stopped former USBA champ southpaw Quinton “The Chosen One” Rankin, 21-9-2 (16), #174.8, of Charlotte, NC, at 0:27 of round number three of a scheduled 10 rounds.

In the first round it was sloppy with both hitting the canvas and Carrillo dominating. In the third round after fifteen seconds a left uppercut followed by right uppercut on the chin and down went Rankin for the count of 9. Upon rising Referee Ben Rodriguez called a halt.

In the co-Main Event Super Lightweight southpaw Shohjahon “Descendant of Tamerlane” Ergashev, 24-1 (21), #141.8, of Rakhmon, UZB, Detroit, MI, knocked out former WBO Latino champ 2012 Olympian Juan “El Olimpico” Huertas, 17-5-1 (13), #138.8, of 24 de Diciembre, PAN, at 2:00 of the first round of a scheduled 10 rounds.

In the first round with just over a minute remaining a left uppercut to the chin followed by a left to the body and down went Huertas for the count from Referee Ansel Stewart.

Super Middle IBF No. 2 Vladimir Shishkin, 16-0 (10), #169.6, of RUS, Miami, FL, stopped Mike “The Menance” Guy, 12-8-1 (5), #169.8, of Sacramento, CA, at 2:14 of the seventh round of a scheduled 10 rounds.

In the third through the sixth rounds Shishkin opened up with rights and uppercuts to the body and chin of Guy who continued moving mostly on defense.

In the seventh round Shishkin hurt Guy with a left to the body followed by a right on the head having him bloody and hurt when Referee Ben Rodriguez stepped in to stop the mismatch.

Super Welter southpaw Husam “Lion Heart” Al Mashhadi, 9-1 (8), #153.6, of Dearborn Heights, MI, Daulis Prescott, 34-21 (26), #154, of Barranquilla, COL, 1:40 of the first round of a scheduled 6 rounds.

In the first round a right followed by a left on the chin and down went Prescott. Upon rising Referee Ben Rodriguez called a halt. It was the tenth time in his last twelve fights Prescott was stopped.

Super Middle Nadim “The Unpredictable” Salloum, 12-2 (6), #169, of Lebanon and Brooklyn, NY, lost to southpaw William “Turbow” Townsel, 7-1 (5), #166.6, of Portsmouth, VA, over 8 rounds.

In the first four rounds southpaw Townsel pressured and out landed Salloum. He countered a lead right to the body with a left on the chin driving Salloum back several steps in the fourth round.

In the sixth round Salloum finally won a round until the final seconds he got rocked with a left uppercut on the chin from Townsel.

In the seventh round Townsel knocked out the mouthpiece of Salloum with a right cross. In the eighth and final round Townsel still had the best of Salloum.
