Airport officials said TSA agents found a loaded gun inside Judge Cylenthia Miller's purse as she tried to pass through security. According to reports, it's not yet clear whether the .380 caliber Smith and Wesson was registered, but the judge's attorney said his client is a valid CPL holder.
A spokesperson for Wayne County Airport Authority confirmed to WWJ Newsradio 950 that Miller was issued a citation for a misdemeanor offense, but was released on Saturday.
