Mia has risen above many challenges in her young life yet strives toward a successful future.

She moved to the U.S. from Mexico in fourth grade, quickly befriending my middle daughter. The years spent between the two countries caused her grades to slip, and she finally found an alternative program to help her get back on track.

I'm so proud of all she's accomplished and can't wait to see what she does in the future.
