Michigan’s most famous Ghostbuster is returning home next month

Ernie Hudson, the "Ghostbusters" franchise actor and current star of "Quantum Leap," is returning home to Michigan for the Motor City Comic Con next month. The event, billed as Michigan's largest pop culture convention, will be held at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi from May 17 to 19. Other celebrities announced for the event include William Shatner, Hayden Panettieree, Cobie Smulders, Efren Ramirez, Thomas F. Wilson, Giancarlo Esposito, Katee Sackhoff, and Simon Kassianides. Tickets can be purchased for tickets.

NOVI, MI - Michigan’s most famous Ghostbuster is returning home for a couple of days next month. Ernie Hudson, who was born in Benton Harbor and grew up in Detroit, will be one of the celebrity guests at, what’s shaping up to be, a star-studded Motor City Comic Con.

The “Ghostbusters” franchise actor, and current star of “Quantum Leap,” will take photos with fans and sign autographs at Michigan’s biggest pop culture convention at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi from Friday, May 17 through Sunday, May 19. Hudson will be there on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets to the event can be purchased here.

Other celebrities announced for the event include William Shatner, Hayden Panettieree (“Heroes”), Cobie Smulders (”How I Met Your Mother,” “Agents of Shield”), Efren Ramirez (“Napoleon Dynamite”), Thomas F.
